The Full Story

As a former Wildcat from the University of Kentucky, I have always respected the tradition of being a part of a community that emphasizes perseverance, promotes questions, and welcomes diversity. And I knew that – as a Freshman – I was going to strive to achieve exactly that. For, the craving for helping my peers along with the generation after I began to become more apparent.

For there is no question: the word is changing.
​
And change can be a terrifying thing for students and parents anywhere.
But where can I begin to tackle this? And how?
​
As one event led to another, Psychology has done the fortune of capturing my full head and heart. Essentially becoming the where to my question on how I want to apply myself. The how had not arrived until – like most things in our lives – I stumbled across an article explaining to me about School Psychology.
The unity of education and psychological demographics are needed more in our Educational System. To motivate education, promote growth and conducting research, all while establishing trust with your student, can be the simple start for a new fruitful future.

Now, as a young adult that is now fully ready to tackle the world, I am committed to carrying these values with me wherever I have decided to apply myself to whomever. Change is evident. Are you with me?
